Buying tickets, paying, and getting through the door — explained in plain words.
Pick tickets on the event page, add your details, and pay. It takes under a minute and nothing needs printing.
Every ticket lives in your account with its QR. Staff scan it at the door, and it works offline once it has loaded.
Tickets are held while you check out. If the timer reaches 0:00 the hold is released and you can pick again.
Scan the KHQR or open ABA Mobile. Your order confirms only after ABA reports the payment as approved.
Confirmations, invitations and verification tokens arrive by email. Each token is single-use and expires within the hour.
Organizers can refund orders or cancel single tickets. Cancelled tickets stop scanning; refunds follow the event’s policy.
