Refunds follow the event
Each organizer sets their own refund policy, shown on the event page before you pay.
Ticket payments go straight to the organizer’s ABA account, so refunds come from the organizer too. When a ticket is refunded or cancelled it stops scanning at the door.
If you already have an order, open it from your account and contact the organizer listed on the event page. Include your order reference so they can find it quickly.
